I haven't been updating my weight loss progress for ages and thought it's about time make a little annoucement. Ladies & Gentlemen, 123.5 lbs = 56 kg Of course I was VERY excited when I stepped on the scale this morning. Till todate, I have successfully lost 25 lbs, that is 11.3 kg. Our first week of Think Thin Thursday has come to an end. I started last week at 144 lbs, and dreaded hopping on the scale this morning. I knew that I had eaten better than normal this week, but I'm still awful with working out. I just can't seem to find time to squeeze in a workout.
